Cooking Outdoors

Outdoor Club

Want to participate in all the outdoor activities that Evenstad has to offer, but just can’t seem to fit all the equipment you need in your suitcase? The Outdoor Club is here for you! Equipment rentals are free with membership of ESS. This includes outdoor equipment, like kayaks, ice-fishing equipment, and bikes. We organize trips outside that anyone can attend (including non-members). They are posted in Evenstad Sports. Find me/us for tips to your next hike or if you would like to help make new adventures outside!

The Brewing Club

Learn how to brew your own beer! We have all new equipment to make batches from both extract and all-grain, then taste your creations! We try all different kinds of beer, and need help with the brewing, fermenting, and bottling process. Afterwards, there is a tasting night as a group in Biotoppen, where you learn how to critique beer. Once you learn the ropes,  feel free to get creative to try it yourself and try new flavors and types of beer! Expect to contribute between 25-50 NOK per batch.
